Absolutely amazing stay on vacation. Inclusive hotel with really helpful and attentive staff and incredibly beautiful views over the ocean. Location not far from at least one volcano, the restaurants and the beach. Also, in a very nice area. Air-conditioned room and extremely comfy beds.

The breakfasts are great in the hotel, with fresh fruit, soda plus coffe or soda. The location of the venue is excellent, next to certain restaurants.

Stunning location in the very very nice area, just next door to at least one volcano and a “ All-Inclusive ” establishment and an outdoor theater. Spotlessly clean room with a bar and a view of a tree, as example, very very helpful staff that supports the activities very non customer service oriented.

No reason to complain, the hotel was great. Big size and airy rooms with 1 working channel, felt like home. The price was US$ 311. The venue was in a magnificent location, in a very nice area. Excellent services were available. Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Absolutely great hotel with a snack bar, everything was good. We had a beautiful room and a great breakfast. Plus it had an amazing view over the ocean. Spent here 2 special days and would stay again and again.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and magnificent location, this hotel is absolutely great. Its rooms are airy with sofa bed, a bar for a fairly nice stay.

we truly enjoyed the comforts of this inclusive hotel. the standard double room was airy with 1 working channel. the location was beautiful - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. great restaurant served italian specialties.

I had a great stay here at this hotel. The check-in process was a breeze, especially since I booked through Booking.com. The beautiful hotel grounds include multiple swimming pools and a stunning beach just steps away. I really enjoyed the all-inclusive package, with delicious food and drinks included. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, thanks to the nice AC and dehumidifiers. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The location near the ocean provided breathtaking views. Additionally, the hotel had convenient transportation options and was close to the airport.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was incredible, with the most beautiful beach just steps away. And the service was top-notch - they even offered dry cleaning and bicycle hire, which was so convenient. The shops and medical facilities here made everything so easy. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming - they even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. The spa and wellness centre was a real highlight for me, with a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and amazing massages. And the entertainment was fantastic too - from karaoke to live shows.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family - the only thing to note is that the staff weren't the most customer service-oriented. But other than that, this place was absolutely perfect for us!
